1. Do you provide certified translation?
Yes, indeed. Our translation is recognized by all local embassies and government departments in Jordan, UAE, Australia and New Zealand.
2. How do you charge for translating a video/audio file?
Our calculation for translation of video/audio is 200 words per minute, e.g. for a 3-minute video, the word count is 600.
3. Can I receive the transcribed text as subtitles?
Sure! When uploading your project, simply add a note asking for the format you need (.srt, etc.).
4. What is Expert Translation?
Certain documents like medical, or highly technical documents require a translator who is familiar with a specific field of expertise. For such documents, we use Expert Translators who are native speakers. Any field other than general and legal falls into specialized translation.
5. How many languages do you support?

6. My file is too big. How can I upload it?
You may send us a link to the file sharing site, such as Google Docs, Dropbox, etc. We will access the file and download it.
7. What type of files do you support?
Our translators can handle all of the common file types including MS Word, Power Point, Excel, pdf, jpg, gif, inDesign and many other, in addition to hard copy scans. We can also handle special file types such as sdl, or xliff.
8. What is the Transcription service?
When choosing the transcription option, you will receive a written version of your audio/video. Our rate for transcription is $2.0 per minute.
9. How can I tell the word count?
We automatically count the words in common file types such as MS Office, and PDFs etc.). For scanned documents, where we cannot automatically count the number of words you will need to count them yourself manually, or email it to us to do the word count on your behalf.
10. How can I pay?

12. How long does it take?
Translation of one 220-word page takes one hour ONCE the translator starts working. A professional translator can translate about 2,000 words per day. We can speed up the process by assigning the big job to more than one translator at the same time.
